When the parcel has been dispatched, can you please check your phone for messages or calls from the delivery company DHL. No return or refund whole durian & peeled durian .DHL company will provide you with a tracking number and contact information for DHL, so you can track your parcel. 

Upon receipt of your parcel, you need to check its contents for the right amount and type of products within 24h. Please understand that we cannot accept any complaints about perishable products after 24h.
